Estimates

Estimates may be obtained by:

1.	Calling personally. Items brought to me during business hours will be given an estimate straightaway based on my charge of £16.00 per hour (no VAT). I am usually at home, but it is advisable to ring me before travelling as I do occasionally have to go out and I do not like any client to make a wasted journey.

2.	Sending photographs through the post (which will be returned promptly) or digitally by e-mail showing the extent of the damage to the piece(s).

3.	Sending the damaged pieces to me through the post or by courier. Please be sure to pack them very carefully.

All enquiries, irrespective of how big or small the job involved, are welcome and a fast response is guaranteed.
